1. The service

Sportybell shows live scores, results, fixtures, statistics and match alerts for many sports, free of charge and without an account. We may change, add or remove features, sports or competitions, and may interrupt the service, for example for maintenance.

2. Information only — not for betting

Scores and statistics come from third-party data feeds and automated processing. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and can change after the event (corrections, abandoned or awarded matches). Sportybell is not an official source. Do not rely on it for betting, financial or other decisions where accuracy matters; check the official source.

Sportybell does not offer, promote or broker gambling. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, please contact a support service in your country.

3. Alerts

Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis through third-party push services and may arrive late or not at all. You control them in Sportybell and in your browser or phone settings.

4. Fair use

You may use Sportybell for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• copy, scrape, crawl or download content or data in bulk or by automated means (search engines that follow our robots.txt excepted), or use it to build a database, product or competing service;
• resell, redistribute, frame or publicly display Sportybell content without our written permission;
• overload, probe, disrupt or try to get around the security or rate limits of Sportybell;
• reverse engineer the apps or the website, except where the law allows it;
• use Sportybell in breach of any law.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The Sportybell name, logo, design, software and texts belong to us or our licensors.

Names, logos and crests of teams, competitions, federations and players are the property of their owners. They are shown only to identify the teams and competitions. Sportybell is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any league, club, federation or competition.

If you own rights in content shown on Sportybell and believe it is used unlawfully, write to support@sportybell.com and we will look at it promptly.

6. Apps and app stores

The terms of the app store you downloaded the app from apply as well. For the iOS app, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to support it.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

Sportybell is provided free of charge "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost bets or lost data, or for loss caused by inaccurate or delayed data or by alerts that are late or missing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

8. Ending

You can stop using Sportybell at any time and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Using Sportybell after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Disputes go to the courts competent for our seat, unless consumer law lets you sue in your own country.
